Operation of the Sartorius ME draft shield is also designed for fast weighing. Controlled by palm-operable keys or by custom programming, the draft shield closes quietly, precisely and quickly. It's opening and closing position can be adapted as required.

The Sartorius ME features a 21st century monolithic
weigh cell that only Sartorius provides.
This monolithic technology is vastly superior to
that of conventional weigh cells. Manufacturing
tolerances and deformation that inevitably
occur when more than 100 or more individual
parts of different materials are used in conventionally
produced weigh cells are practically
eliminated in the monolithic weigh cell. The
monolithic weigh cell is robotically etched
from a single block of high-grade aluminium.
For this reason, it offers unique conditions for
unlimited and durable weighing accuracy.

Sartorius YDP03-OCE Statistical Printer

The Sartorius YDP03-OCE data printer has a built-in real-time clock and statistics programs -- designed for Sartorius balances equipped with an RS-232 interface. Text and data are printed with up to 24 characters per line and the unit is equipped with a real-time clock. A high contrast LCD shows the date or time as well as the current transaction number and integrated rechargeable batteries with battery level indicator. The printer runs on the balance's power -- no separate power supply is necessary. Easy to change paper roll and ink ribbon cassette.
The Sartorius YDP03-OCE data printer meets the quality standards of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries in compliance with the requirements of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GMP(Good manufacturing Practice).
In addition to recording individual weighing data the data printer can generate a statistical evaluation of weighing data. All values transferred from an on-line weighing instrument are stored. The following can be computed/printed out.

- Maximum vale/weight

The Sartorius YDP03-OCE data printer is powered by the Sartorius Balance via the printer cable that is supplied with the YDP03-OCE data printer. Turning ON the Sartorius balance when the printer is connected will automatically turn ON the printer. The rechargeable batteries with be charging when printer is not in use, but the balance is turned ON. The Sartorius YDP03-OCE uses a standard paper roll 57.5 mm ±0.5mm with a maximum diameter of 65mm.
